Prenatal Yoga aids in cultivating strength, flexibility and connection in a safe and supportive way. We practice specific yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that can occur during pregnancy. Along with performing postures modified for the needs of your trimester, you’ll cultivate a breathing practice, develop stamina and strength and improve balance and circulation. This class fosters a strong sense of community and connection with baby and fellow mamas. All levels and trimesters welcome.
