Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of physical yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and ends with relaxation using a gong. Many poses are familiar to yoga practitioners as it comes out of the Hatha Yoga tradition, although it’s very different than a typical Hatha class. It’s a great practice for beginners. The benefits happen at a cellular level, providing support and strength to the immune and glandular and nervous system. At the end of class you can expect to feel blissed, refreshed and renewed.
