Nurse Practitioner

Alive + Well is seeking a nurse practitioner to join our busy and growing functional medicine clinic. We are an integrated team of providers with varying backgrounds, including two functional medicine providers (FNP and PNP), a nutritionist, herbalist, pharmacists, and health coaches. We believe when you change the health of a person, you change the community around them and this is the WHY behind everything we do at Alive + Well. Principal Responsibilities
  • Active NP TX License with prescriptive authority, with minimum of 1-2 years full time clinical experience. (Pediatric NP candidates welcome to apply)
  • Calm and compassionate personality with ability to nurture a collaborative relationship with patients.
  • Ideally, candidate will have relevant functional medicine training (specifically IFM's Applying Functional medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) course) and highly motivated to learn and grow this part of your skill set.
  • Knowledge and experience in both lifestyle based interventions, nutraceuticals, compounded medicines and traditional medical therapies.
  • Comfortable seeing children as well as adults with a range of conditions including but not limited to: autoimmune disease, thyroid conditions, hormone imbalance, cardio-metabolic and gastrointestinal health.
  • Provider is expected to work onsite and as part of the team. Working closely with other providers, health coaches and support staff.
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work as a team.
  • Annual compensation $90-120k base and incentive pay opportunities. Pay is commensurate with experience and skill set. Full or part time candidates will be considered.

Patient Care Coordinator

Alive + Well is an integrative wellness center. Through our functional medicine clinic, we focus on treating patients with a whole body, root cause approach. We spend considerable time getting to know the health history and current conditions of each patient. Patients are supported in our clinic by providers (adult and pediatric), functional neurologists, nutritionists and health coaches.

In addition to our clinic, we offer a full ecosystem of health services, including holistic therapies, IV vitamin therapy, body work, and a compounding pharmacy. We also offer a wide range of pharmaceutical grade supplements.

We are looking to add an experienced Patient Coordinator/Front Desk to our team. You will work alongside our functional health care practitioners to support a variety of responsibilities.

Principal Responsibilities

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Welcome patients and provide them with a WOW experience. You are the face of the clinic and get one chance to make a great first impression.
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Charging for packages and supplement sales
  • Supporting providers and the Functional Medicine team
  • Helping patients with any concerns
  • New patient inquiry outreach
  • Scheduling and rescheduling
  • Office Administrative Management - ordering office supplies, upkeep of premises.
  • Navigating patient communications


  • Must have 1-2 years in administration or healthcare, preferably functional medicine.
  • An ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. Multitasking is key!

General Manager - Dallas Wellness Center

Alive and Well is an integrative wellness center and functional medicine clinic. We offer a wide variety of health services, including functional medicine consultations, in-depth lab testing, spa services, holistic therapies, IV vitamin therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and compounding pharmacy that includes a wide range of pharmaceutical grade supplements.

Headquartered in Austin, we are building a new facility in the luxury high-rise development "The Terminal" in the Turtle Creek / Highland Park neighborhood in Dallas, to be completed in the Fall of 2023.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for the Wellness Center. This individual will exude extraordinary leadership skills and feel confident and heartfelt in their ability to lead an exceptional Hospitality team. Our environment is one that is transformative, healing, and empowering to our guests' well-being. The General Manager will be integral in continuing to set this tone for the full facility.

This candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task, oversee, organize, strategize, and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is adept at both relationship building with guests and managing operational details of a bustling facility.

Principal Responsibilities


  • Support a guest experience that is of high excellence and authentic compassion
  • Bring a consistent awareness to the Core Values of Alive and Well and attempt to live them as a role model and leader
  • Collaborate with Hospitality and Spa assistant managers on hiring, training and performance reviews
  • Support and offer feedback to Hospitality and Spa staff as needed through group or one-on-one meetings
  • The ability to be highly organized and anticipate the needs of the center including guests and staff
  • Oversee operational needs within the wellness center related to facilities, holistic therapies, spa services, housekeeping, and the general needs of the center
  • Oversee the IV Vitamin procedures and protocols. Strategize on training and hiring with the lead nurse
  • Ensure that the staffing schedule is smooth and well organized based on the needs of the day / week
  • Coordinate special events for IV Vitamin Therapy as they arise along with Asst managers
  • Coordinate / lead quarterly Hospitality meetings
  • Understand and function effortlessly the company’s software systems (training will be provided): Mind Body and Cerbo
  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and offer ideas on how best to support memberships, new initiatives and monthly marketing promotions
  • Creating quarterly goals for the Wellness Center that focus on both staff, the guest experience, and financial targets
  • Attend weekly Leadership Meetings with the CEO and other company executives
  • Interface and collaborate with other department managers on how best to support the flow of the center and teams.
  • Support Assistant Managers in ensuring that HR functions are taken care of within the team


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Health and Wellness field or within the Hospitality industry
  • 3 + years of experience in a leadership capacity and the ability to manage an exceptional team of talent, skill and heart
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a hospitality or spa management role
  • Innovative and creative in ideas and inspiration that can elevate the center
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to stay present with staff and guests when multi-tasking
