Registered Nurse (PRN – IV Vitamin Drip Bar)

The Registered Nurse (RN) within this position will utilize the IV infusion nursing process / skills to deliver intravenous vitamins, minerals and amino acids, as well as injections such as B12, Glutathione, Vitamin C. IV vitamin therapy is administered to customers who drop in or make appointments. The nurse within this position will be highly effective at supporting our customers in having an experience that enhances their overall health and well-being.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Administer vitamin, mineral, amino acid IV’s as well as injections.
  • Provides information and education for those who ask about IV vitamin therapy.
  • Provide high care, high quality and personable customer service to all who enter or call.

Hospitality Specialist

Alive + Well is looking for an authentic, kind, friendly hospitality specialist that can easily multi-task while staying calm under pressure - and while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. A preferred qualification is someone who has prior knowledge and experience in health and wellness and customer service management.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Friendly, warm and hospitable with our guests
  • Checking in / checking out guests
  • Sharing what Alive + Well offers with our curious guests
  • Answering inquiries and scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
  • Assisting Drip Drop IV Vitamin Therapy as guests call or arrive for appointments
  • Supporting the practitioners i.e. massage therapists and acupuncturists
  • Support our guests in participating in Holistic Therapies such as the Ozone Sauna, Foot Baths and a Cold/Hot Dip. Set up and transition of these therapies on behalf of the guest. Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds.
  • Someone who is a great team player and very easy to work with.
  • Coordinate many different facets of the business from the Hospitality Desk.
  • Ability to be flexible and go with the flow
  • Can easily navigate / learn computer software such as MindBody
  • Assist with laundry, foot baths, float tank services and upkeep of the facility in general.

Wellness Specialist

Alive + Well is looking for a kind, friendly and authentic Hospitality / Wellness Specialist person who can multi-task in an effective and relaxed manner, while supporting guest appointments and inquires within our wellness center. This position is part time Wellness Specialist. A preferred qualification is someone who has prior knowledge and experience in health and wellness and customer service.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge base in a wide variety of professional grade supplements
  • Ability to make recommendations for supplements based on guests that present with a wide variety of ailments and symptoms
  • Strong customer care skills and computer skills required
  • Strong team player that is willing and flexible to help other departments
  • Ability to complete tasks such as inventory, placing orders and unpacking supplements from boxes when needed needed

Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Alive + Well is looking for a detail-oriented person that has a passion for wellness and a willingness to learn. This is an entry level position with a focus on supporting our wellness team with various administrative tasks, while learning and growing in your knowledge of supplements and patient care in a retail setting. The duties include:  receiving inventory, maintaining detailed inventory system, working with the e-commerce team to fulfill online orders, answering customer questions, and generally supporting the wellness team in day-to-day operations.

This position has tremendous opportunity for growth as we are a fast-growing wellness company working to positively impact peoples' lives through improving their ability to manage their own healthcare. Full Time (Mon-Fri)

Pharmacy Lab Tech

We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our team! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.

This position requires ability to work autonomously managing prescription compounding orders and well as inventory maintenance.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Six paid holidays per year.

Group medical insurance is currently not provided but a monthly stipend is provided for employees to purchase their own plan.

Position availability: ASAP

Principal Responsibilities
  • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients
  • Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
  • Process prescriptions using computer software
  • Label and record dosage information
  • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Current TSBP registration
