Hannah Williams, E-RYT, P-RYT is a juggling yogini, musician, wife, mama to two spunky girls and the proud Yoga Coordinator for Alive + Well. Recently celebrating 10 years of teaching and 24 years practicing, yoga has been a huge aid in the balance of her life on and off the mat. She teaches alignment based flow and prenatal classes with a relaxed casual demeanor making her students feel a sense of ease and comfort.
She became certified to teach pre and postnatal yoga in 2008. Holding space for Mamas to connect, strengthen safely and feel empowered as they prepare for birth and motherhood is one of her greatest passions.
Hannah also completed 100 hours of training in Anusara Yoga, 100 hours of Birthing From Within mentorship training as well as continuing her education in several teacher training workshops.
With a love for community and connection, her classes are fun, rooted in alignment and always accompanied by an eclectic playlist; sometimes even a songe of her own!
