Thrive Over 55

A gentle yoga class designed for ages 55+. Restore and strengthen your flexibility and balance, increase range of motion, loosen your joints and improve muscle strength. This class encourages you to remain healthy and strong as you grow in this next phase of life – and to support you with some of the age related conditions that can come with it. Spend time with like minded peers, building community and enhancing vitality, health and wellness. All levels of experience welcome.
