Massage Therapy for Health and Well-being

You deserve self-care time, and what better way to take some moments for yourself than with a therapeutic, nurturing massage that’s tailored to meet your unique health and wellness needs?

Our goal is to ensure that your massage is relaxing and calming, while also moving through deeper layers of tension and tightness in the body if that is what you seek.

Included in your massage are some of those extra perks we all love such as essential oils, warm neck and back pillows.

Massage therapy offers many healing benefits, including:

  • Reduces pain and tension in the muscles
  • Relieves tension headaches
  • Reduces anxiety and stress
  • Promotes deep relaxation
  • Helps lower blood pressure
  • Increases joint flexibility
  • Boosts immunity
  • Improves posture and skeletal structural health

After a massage, you will feel transported, more relaxed, and ready to embrace the everyday moments of your life.

Massage Therapists

Veronica Galindo-Rios LMT
Massage Therapist

Massage therapist Veronica Rios

Healing others has always been an important part of Veronica’s life. She began her journey 30 years ago in the hospital setting as a respiratory therapist. It was during that time that Veronica began to realize that traditional hospitals and associated medicines weren’t doing enough; they were only putting bandages on something that was already broken. She began to look into alternative ways of healing, which led her to find massage therapy. In the past 20 years, Veronica have gained certifications in Crossfiber Corrective Muscle Therapy, Ashiatsu Barefoot Bar Therapy, Prenatal massage, Critz Active Release Therapy, Reflexology, and Marconics No-Touch Healing.

Throughout the years, Veronica has seen that the body possesses the potential to heal itself. Her role is simply to assist physical and energetic unblocking in order to facilitate the body’s innate ability to heal.

Brenda Young LMT

Brenda is a seasoned massage therapist, with 27 years experience in clinical, sports, and spa massage. Combining therapeutic methods with relaxation techniques, she tailors each session to meet the needs of the client. Based on the client’s preferences, Brenda can offer an eclectic blend of modalities including Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Smart Muscle Release Technique, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myopractic Massage (postural/structural assessment and correction), and Energy Clearing & Balancing (a practice that enhances the flow of energy in places where the client is stuck in mind and body, therefore supporting alignment with one’s intentions in life).

Jen Hilman LMT
Massage Therapist

Jen is a passionate and dynamic instructor with a background rooted in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, and Anusara. She emphasizes alignment, encourages mindfulness, and invites playfulness with each deep breath. She offers classes at all levels, from beginning to advanced, and teaches self acceptance at every step on the journey.

Jen began her practice as a massage therapist and continuously encountered the same kinds of chronic aches and pains. In an effort to offer her clients more tools to help themselves beyond the massage, she pursued her 200 Hr yoga teacher training as well as her first introduction to Thai Yoga Massage. Equipped with these new skills she expanded her professional practice to include instructing yoga and Thai massage all over the United States and around the world. After years of travel, she has returned to Austin to bring the culmination of her experiences into a richer, more well-rounded teaching style. Her approach to yoga stems from a therapeutic intent while also challenging the student to increase strength, stability, and stamina.

There are few things that bring Jen more joy than sharing the ancient wisdom that yoga carries. She looks forward to welcoming you to class and supporting your journey to wellness.
