Yoga therapy targets specific areas of health and wellness. It is offered in a 6–week series and privately, giving students the opportunity to dive deeper into the therapeutic application of yoga. Sessions will benefit those with generalized aches and pains, anxiety, digestive issues, difficulty sleeping and many other topics of healing and wellness.
