Natalie Olsen is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Exercise Physiologist. She is able to look at the big picture of health and provide evidence-based recommendations on diet and exercise. Natalie utilizes a whole foods approach to reaching optimal wellness and focuses on disease prevention or management. She teaches clients how to effectively reach their goals by retraining the brain and palette while creating and sustaining new healthy habits.
