Lauren Buck has been teaching yoga since 2007 and doing advanced studies with Yogarupa Rod Stryker since 2012. She uses yoga poses as tools to do two things: train the focus muscle in the mind, and improve the breath. Physically, this makes the poses much more effective–so you get more results in less time. And it means your yoga high lasts longer and starts to seep into real life faster. Expect to be challenged by working specifically and strategically, though not necessarily at a fast pace. Each class ends with ample relaxation and a brief meditation. You’ll leave feeling present and focused, relaxed and more awake.
